I finished my post graduate degree at Umass Amherst in search for a home to buy for my children. I got in contact with Kerryann Murphy. She was ready to help me. We hired Kerryann to find tenants for our 3 family investment property. We wanted someone to take the load entirely off of us and keep us insulated from the process until the tenants were identified and approved. Kerryann’s work was hugely successful. She photographed the apartments, produced floor plans, initiated the advertising, did all of the prospective tenant correspondence, did all of the prospective tenant credit checks and income verification, provided the lease paperwork and all accompanying documentation, and set us up to meet the tenants and sign the leases when the search concluded. She was wonderful throughout the process. She conducted all of the apartment showings and endured the hours waiting for people who decided to never show up. She kept us informed every step of the way, and was determined to find us the best tenants possible. That was the great thing about Kerryann. She clearly had our best interest at heart. She worked as hard as she could to find tenants that would qualify and give us the best chance at long-term success. She was uncompromising in this regard. She was also wonderfully honest and straightforward. She always told us the truth about the situation so that we could make well-informed decisions.

Kerryann is an incredibly hard-working individual with a pleasant personality and an infectiously upbeat attitude.
